On the river Guadiana. Land with a total area of 87.6 ha, consisting of dryland culture and with 640 m2 of an urban plot with construction outline feasibility. Area of high potential with the new bridge connecting Portugal with Spain.
The work on the new bridge between Alcoutim and Sanlúcar de Guadiana, in Spain, is due to start in May 2024.
