At the other end of the dining area there is an open space with three doors. The first opens up into a large and bright lounge which also has a large feature fireplace with wood burner and floor to ceiling windows and doors which open up onto the terrace and pool deck. These glazed areas in both the living kitchen and lounge allow you to combine indoor and outdoor living.

The master suite with its two walk in dressing rooms and its en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower is also accessed from the living kitchen/dining room as is the passageway to the original main door. Off this passageway there is a second en-suite bedroom, two further double bedrooms, a family bathroom with full bath and enclosed shower plus a dedicated office. The Kennels are licensed and meet all current regulations. There is a reception/kitchen area which is built onto the end of the block of nine indoor kennels each with their own outdoor runs and indoor sleeping areas which can be heated. There is a larger open area outside of all nine indoor kennels where individuals animals can be brought out to play or be groomed. All nine units can be utilised for both dogs or cats. In addition to the indoor kennels there are a total of seven outdoor 'doggy villas'. Three are located close to the reception where there are several separate gated areas providing isolation when necessary and four more along the driveway leading to the main entrance to the kennels which is also gated so that entry can be controlled only for clients.

*It has taken the current owners over three years to obtain all the correct paperwork for the kennels as many different departments must approve the land, the fencing, the animal accommodation etc., before the veterinary body finally approves commercial opening. However during this lengthy process the local authority has allowed the kennels to function taking in some paying guests whilst they have also supported a local animal rescue society who have also contributed to the accommodation of animals until they have been fostered or re homed. This has given the current owners a large client list of loyal customers who now use the kennels now that all is in full swing.
