This charming villa is located in a quiet and popular area of Las Filipinas.The villa consists of a bright living room with lovely windows that let in plenty of light and a cozy fireplace. Furthermore, we find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an archway to the living room and access to the backyard. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and a toilet. One floor up there are two more bedrooms with built-in wardrobes with their own sunny terraces. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have AC installed. On the large sunny plot that surrounds the house, there is an outdoor barbecue, plenty of space for outdoor furniture and the possibility of parking a car. There is a nice and lovely pool in the communal area. Here you live in a quiet area with several restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate area. A short drive away are several golf courses, Orihuela Costa's beautiful beaches and the popular shopping center La Zenia Boulevard.
