The Pension has 10 bedrooms all in excellent condition.There are 14 beds in total, five single bedrooms, four twin bedrooms and one double bedroom.Every bedroom has an air conditioning unit , TV and private bath or shower room.One of the bedrooms downstairs has been especially designed for disabled access.
The property has two large terraces with views of the village to the surrounding countryside across the roof tops with two solar panels on the roof and has been well maintained.
The top floor houses three large hot water tanks,a storage area for mattresses and garden furniture, a room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer and ironing area and a large indoor area for drying the laundry.The property is completely self contained.
The guest house is located in a bustling village which has an open air swimming pool with 23 bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets and just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches and the Portuguese Algarve.
