The Villa Zoro is a part of our design and build program and can be built in any area but we have positioned this villa on a specific plot in Sa Coma.
The 187 m2 Zoro villa has an open plan living space with floor to ceiling windows opening
onto a partially covered front terrace with feature stone wall and outside kitchen. The Italian design kitchen is offset from the living area on an angle to the side with a rear door opening onto a covered terrace situated at the rear of the house which looks over the 9 x 4 pool with a shallow area for sunbathing. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with an en-suite shower room which also opens onto the covered terrace.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 master to the front, with an en-suite shower room and private balcony and a further 2 rooms to the rear that share a family bathroom and a large open terrace.
Other features include, off road parking, boundary walls, fully integrated appliances, ducted and installed air conditioning, under floor heating throughout, fitted wardrobes and more!
