A small house with a corral and views from the upper level, in the lower barrio of Albunuelas.
Casa Amelia is at present used as a store for hay and miscellaneous items of tack and other paraphernalia one would expect in a working village house. It has a corral for the donkey, dog and tractor and is very close to the edge of the village. It is possible to get a car to the door, although not to park in front.
The ground floor has two rooms; one of 9m2 and the other of 20m2 and this is mirrored on the floor above. The corral is about 50m2 in total, part stable and part storage space.
A roof terrace would give views across the valley below Albunuelas and the whole could be expanded to make a good sized house, or a smaller house with garden.
