A village house on the edge of the lower barrio of Albuñuelas with a lot of space and not a lot of renovation to do. Until recently lived in by the owners’ mother the house needs bringing up to date, but has electricity, water and sewage connected and is in a sound condition. If the roof was taken off and replaced with a roof terrace it would have great views to the mountains, but as it is there are views from the upper floor terrace. On the ground floor are three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a small patio. On the first floor are a further three rooms of a good size and a terrace with a W.C. attached. This is a house that could be easily and sensitively renovated at not too great a cost. It is a few metres from the edge of the village and a great stepping off point for walks around the area. Albuñuelas is a living village with an active school, chemist, surgery, bakers, a restaurant and a few bars and three small supermarkets.
