Just a quick email to touch base and let you know we have not forgotten you. In the last few weeks we have all been coming to terms with the Corona Virus.
With the current situation in Spain we understand that you may not be coming to look at properties in the very immediate future, we understand the limitations and restrictions that are happening at the moment.
However we are still here to offer you all the advice about buying property here, and to keep you updated with a great selection of properties until things are back to normal. Once they do we are expecting a pent up demand to stir the market in Spain.
For UK buyers, we feel that one important aspect,, under the current circumstances and in light of the fluctuating exchange rates is now is the most important time to be keeping an eye on the rate.
